- A valid card must be kept on file for all clients to book appointments. Deposits are required for all fullest bookings, deposits are non-refundable. - Book appointments accordingly, you should have 40-50% of lashes remaining to be considered a fill. Fill appointments booked past 3.5-4 weeks would be considered a full set. - You must give a 48 hour notice when canceling or rescheduling appointments. Notice given in less than 48 hours will result in 50% fee of your scheduled appointment. - Missed appointments with no notice given are responsible to pay 100% of their missed appointment. In order for previous no-shows to book with me, payment is required in full upon booking. - Late arrivals may result in cancellation if you’re more than 15 min late. The same 50% fee applies here as it would be considered a last minute cancellation. - Any appointments requested outside of business hours will be a $25 up-charge.
